1.1 Acceptance of Terms. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd1991 website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bd1991 ("bd1991", "We", "Us", "Our"). Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd1991 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. 3.1 Personal Use Only. Your bd1991 account is for your personal use only. You must not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, including as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another individual. You must not transfer your account, account credentials, or any funds held in your account to any other person.

3.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd1991 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). bd1991 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. bd1991 reserves the right to conduct AML checks on any account at any time, which may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that raise AML concerns may be suspended while an investigation is conducted. Where money laundering activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be withheld, and relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

3.4 Responsible Communication. When interacting with bd1991 customer support, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at support staff is a breach of these Terms and may result in account restriction or closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses on bd1991 are subject to a wagering requirement, which means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. If the time limit expires before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the bd1991 Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until bd1991 has confirmed its receipt and issued a bet reference number. Where an account is closed for a reason other than the player's own breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

If closure is due to a player's breach of these Terms, bd1991 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. bd1991's decision regarding the disposition of any withheld funds following a breach investigation is final.

8.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and bd1991 relating to any aspect of these Terms, account management, game outcomes, or payments, the player should first contact the bd1991 support team in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. bd1991 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours (BST) and provide a full written response within 5 business days. bd1991's decision on all disputes is final.
